All materials supplied to Alpha Manufacturing Solutions. must be DFARS 252.225-7009 compliant.
All prints must be returned at PO completion.
It is the supplier's responsibility to obtain, verify, and conform to current revisions of all standards and specifications.
Suppliers shall perform verification or validation activities appropriate to the products, processes and services they are contracted to provide.
All orders must have certifications of conformity (COC) to manufactures, government and/or customer specifications, Inspection/verification records, material certifications and special process certifications (as applicable).
Supplier shall maintain as a minimum, a quality system that is compliant to AS9100 unless approved otherwise by Alpha Manufacturing Solutions.
Alpha Manufacturing Solutions. and their customers and regulatory authorities shall have right of access to inspect at the source, purchased products and applicable records.
Supplier must notify Alpha Manufacturing Solutions. immediately of any nonconforming product. Supplier must obtain approval from Alpha Manufacturing Solutions. for nonconforming product disposition.
Suppliers must obtain organizational approval where required for any change in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, and changes of manufacturing facility location.
Suppliers must keep all records for Alpha Manufacturing Solutions. indefinitely, and must keep those records readily available and supply them to an Alpha Manufacturing Solutions representative at request.
All companies performing calibration must be ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and/or NIST accredited.
Documents and data supplied by Alpha Manufacturing Solutions. may contain technical data within the definition of the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and is subject to the export Control Laws of the U.S. Government. Transfer of this data by any means to a foreign person or foreign entity, whether in the United States or abroad, without an export license, ITAR Exemption or other approval from the U.S. Department of State is prohibited.
Suppliers must have a counterfeit parts prevention program.
All products must be packaged to protect prevent damage in shipment and storage. Product subject to oxidation such as steel, brass, and copper shall be packaged to prevent moisture prior to shipment and storage.
Suppliers shall ensure and make aware to its people and organization the importance of their contribution to a product or service conformity, their contribution to product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior.
